When you purchase a tier, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, and payment is handled through that processor rather than by us directly.

We also collect standard information your browser sends when you visit, such as your general location, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site working and to understand what visitors find useful.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and review your audit, to deliver the services in the tier you purchase, to respond to your questions, to send you the reports and updates tied to your account, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you have given consent, we may call or text you about the request you submitted. You can opt out of calls and texts at any time.

How we share your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business, such as our payment processor, our email and messaging providers, and our scheduling tools, and only to the extent they need it to perform their work for us. To perform your audit and deliver your services, we review publicly available information about your business, such as your Google reviews, rating, and listing. We use this to report on your results and to compare you with local competitors.

Use of artificial intelligence

We use AI-assisted tools to help manage incoming calls, texts, and messages, to send automated replies such as a text back when we miss your call, and to support follow-up and outreach. Some responses you receive from us may be generated or assisted by AI rather than written by a person in the moment.

A member of our team oversees these tools, and we do not use AI to make final decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. You can ask to speak with a person at any time and we will connect you with someone on our team.

Information you share through an AI-assisted channel is handled under this policy like any other information you give us, and the opt-out described in the Messaging consent section below applies to automated messages. AI-assisted responses can be incomplete or inaccurate, are not professional advice, and do not create a contract or binding commitment on our part. For anything important, please confirm it with a member of our team.

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of calls and texts at any time by replying to opt out or by contacting us at [email protected].

How long we keep your information
